Apple’s Earnings Are Up; Doesn’t Break Out Watch Sales [Updated]

Apple announced its second quarter earnings today, up 38 percent supported by big sales increases in China and strong iPhone demand. The company did not break out Apple Watch sales, lumping them instead with Apple TV, Beats products, and iPods. Gilt Group to Sell Michael Bastian-Designed Smartwatch from HP

We're not nearly hip or rich enough to have heard of menswear designer Michael Bastian, but that's entirely on us. The Gilt Group, the online luxury retailer, says they will be selling a Bastian-designed smartwatch built by HP come the Fall.
