Upcoming Wearables Events

November 18, 2013 By Dan Rosenbaum

There are a few events of interest heading our way in the Wearables world. (FYI, we’re working on setting up a more formal way of presenting these, because there’s starting to be sort of a lot of them.)

BZ Media is launching the Wearables DevCon. March 6-7 in San Francisco. (Wearable Tech Insider will be a media sponsor of this and there’ll be a discount code shortly. Hang in there.)

The attorney Giulio Coraggio is putting on a free webinar organized by the Global Lawyers Association about wearable tech, privacy, and IP rights. This Wednesday, November 20, noon Eastern Time. Details here.

There’s a panel and demo night about “Fashion and the Body” and “Computational Fashion” in New York  Tuesday, November 19. Sounds very hip. We’ll be there.

Wearable Technology show, March 18-19. London, England.

Sports Analytics Innovation Summit, March 26-27. London, England.

Smart Fabrics Conference, April 23-25. San Francisco, CA.

Sports Technology Innovation Summit, November 5-6, London, England

We just heard about Wearable Tech Israel. Tel Aviv, May 11-12.

All this, of course, is in addition to the biggies of CES in Las Vegas early January and Mobile World Congress in Barcelona in late February…
