For what it’s worth, we think Miller is on to something. We recall walking around town with one of the first Blackberrys — possibly one of the first thousand in the wild. Once people got their heads around the idea of two-way text communication, many of them were downright hostile and dismissive about the idea of having email so readily accessible.
