Canadian Media Lab Launches Wearables Gaming Accelerator

The Canadian Film Centre's Media Lab has launched a wearables technology accelerator to develop Google Glass gaming apps. ideaBOOST/Mind Pirate Production Lab is a three-month project and comprises four companies: Imaginary Computer, SmokeBomb Entertainment, Little Guy Games and Normative. I always like hearing about tech startups in emerging markets, so news about a tech incubator in Nairobi is worth repeating. The Nailab says it's set its third round of startups, including iContent Systems, which will make glowing clothes for night bike taxi drivers.
