The Inside Word on Wearables and Wearable Technology

Yearenders

December 23, 2013 By Dan Rosenbaum

A fine journalistic tradition has reporters at the end of December writing what the trade calls “year-enders”: articles summing up the year just past and anticipating the year to come. It’s also a great way to fill posting schedules when the news slows down and the parties and family commitments pile up. It’s pure coincidence that most year-enders can be written in advance and posted automatically.

Who are we to stand in the way of tradition? For the next few days, WTI will run down the best ideas of 2013, the worst idea of 2013, and the products of the year. Also, expect some thoughts about 2014, and a rundown of what we expect to see at CES — which happens right after the New Year.
