Upskill, the industrial AR software company that used to be called APX Labs, announced this week that it’s closed a Series B round of financing from Boeing and GE Ventures, but won’t say how much it raised or on what valuation.
Boeing and GE Ventures (which also participated in a second-round in late 2015 year) are big customers of Upskill’s Skylight software platform. Both companies have reported significant savings in manufacturing and warehouse operations with Upskill.
Other investors in this round involved previous investors including New Enterprise Associates (NEA) and SineWave Ventures.
Crunchbase reports that Upskill has, over its 7-year life, previously raised $28.6 million in four rounds.
We asked the company about amount and valuation, and got this response:
While we cannot disclose the funding amount, we are in a great financial position with a significant infusion of new capital to help us invest in the resources we need to scale our team and continue to innovate.
